It's amazing what the PC DR., sitting hundreds of miles away, can do when you let him check out your computer remotely and do his work. We were being frustrated by the the way ours had become slower and slower and just not working the way it should. But he got it running the way we thought it should, even better.  He also showed us tools to use in the future to help keep us up to speed. What can I say except that Duane not only helped me with my computer problems but my mother and brother as well. He updated our desktop, fixed a laptop, set up a home network and removed viruses from both my mom and brother's computers. He was timely with his work and very competitive with his prices.
